Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that Juvenil A attacking midfielder and Spanish youth international Iago Falqué (18), who started the pre-season with Barcelona Atlètic (previously known as Barcelona B), has been told yesterday morning by coach Luis Enrique that he's not part of next season's plans (read more here).Asked about the latest events, Falqué's agent Fernando Seguí (IMG) didn't want to enter the issue: "We will meet with the club to speak about the situation of the player."
Iago, who participated in the two friendly games Barcelona Atlètic played so far this pre-season (read more here), has three more years on his Barcelona contract and will probably leave the club on loan this summer.
