Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Zenit Saint-Petersburg has lowered the asking price for Zenit forward and Russian international Andrei Arshavin (27) to 20 million euro° because the club would have understood that nobody was ready to pay 30 million euro° for the player.Although this could open new perspectives, Barcelona doesn't move and is waiting to see what happens. At this moment the club is sticking with their initial offer of 15 million euro°, that was originally accepted by Zenit. Barcelona now wants to wait for Zenit asking to reopen the negotiations.
