Sevilla regional sports paper Estadio Deportivo claims that Barcelona and Sevilla have reached on Wednesday a pre-agreement on the transfer of Barcelona Atlètic central defender Marc Valiente (21). The player will join Sevilla Atlético, the second team of Sevilla that plays in the Spanish second division.Valiente, who already had agreed personal terms with Sevilla last month, will sign a three-year contract. Barcelona will have an option to buy the Catalan defender back.
With the contracts now only having to be drawn up and signed, Valiente is preparing to travel to Sevilla as soon as possible and hopes to join the Sevilla B squad at the latest on Monday.
