Catalan sports paper Sport claims that the recovery of Barcelona central defender and Argentinian international Gabriel Milito (28) could take longer than expected.Milito didn't yet start running and his recovery program would at this moment have a delay of at least one month. While it was initially thought that the defender could return to the game in February, the latest evolutions would indicate that Milito will probably not be able to play before March of next year.
Last May, Milito underwent a tough two-hour operation to his both knees. After some weeks, Milito went to Argentina but because his recovery isn't going like planned, he would return to Barcelona in the next two weeks.
