Spanish football site Air Futbol claims that Barcelona Juvenil A central defender and Spanish youth international Marc Muniesa (16) will have to recover until the end of February after he underwent surgery a few days ago.Muniesa, who was rumoured to possibly be promoted to Barcelona Atlètic this summer (read more here), got a skeletal muscle injury after he made a wrong movement with his knee during a Juvenil A game at the end of last season. Because the Catalan player is still in his growing process, it wasn't possible to operate him earlier.
