Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Barcelona officials could plan to meet soon with Barcelona defensive midfielder and Ivory Coast international Yaya Touré (25).The club would be somewhat annoyed by the recent transfer rumours and wants to clarify the situation and to hear first hand about the wishes of the player.
Asked about the rumours linking him with a winter move to Juventus (read more here), Touré didn't want to comment on the issue yesterday upon arrival in Barcelona.
The player's agent Dimitri Sellyuk told journalists that Touré wants to focus on football: "Yaya isn't a movie star, so he doesn't spend his time giving interviews. He's a professional and he doesn't have any problem with the coach. He only wants to play, and to play with Barcelona."
