Barcelona's medical staff has announced that Barcelona central defender Carles Puyol (30) has suffered a sprained left ankle during yesterday's league game against Athletic Bilbao.Puyol, who was replaced by Víctor Sánchez at the end of the game, is expected to be out for the next three weeks. This would mean that the Catalan defender will miss the Champions League game against Lyon and the league games against Almería and Málaga. The player will be further examined on Monday.
