The Spanish Football Federation has yesterday dismissed Barcelona's appeal for the withdrawal of the red card handed to Barcelona player Eric Abidal in the game against Villarreal on Sunday.The RFEF confirmed the one-game suspension handed out to Abidal, which will mean he misses out on this today's Spanish cup final. The club has taken the case to the Appeals Committee of the Federation, but this appeal was also rejected this afternoon.
