Barcelona has officially announced that, besides twenty two first team players, four Barcelona youth players will travel to the United States for the training camp.Belarusian international Alexander Hleb (28) as well as Uruguayan international Martín Cáceres (22) are not included in the list pending loan deals to other clubs.
The full list includes Valdés, Pinto, Jorquera, Puyol, Alves, Víctor Sánchez, Piqué, Márquez, Henrique, Abidal, Maxwell, Xavi, Touré, Keita, Busquets, Gudjohnsen, Iniesta, Henry, Pedro, Messi, Bojan, Ibrahimovic, Muniesa (17), Fontàs (19), Jonathan dos Santos (19), and Jeffren (21).

I'm from Sweden, so all I hear on the news all day is Zlatan, Zlatan, Zlatan. And from what I've heard is that he's out for a couple of weeks, but will hopefully play a bit in the Joan Gamper. So no US playtime for him.
I can imagine that Gai isn't following because we have better players at that position. (Henry, Bojan, Jeffrén). I don't think Muniesa would've come along if not Marquez was injured. But now, he's the only centerback substitute.
I think it's a bit strange that Rueda isn't following. But I guess we have too many at that position too (Touré, Busquets, Keita).
I agree about Thiago. Think Dos Santos would've had to stay home if Thiago was available.
