Inter Milan has on Thursday officially confirmed that Inter left back defender Maxwell (27) will join Barcelona.A statement on the club's official website reads as follows: "After having greeted José Mourinho, the coaching staff, the club officials and his team-mates, Maxwell has left the hotel where the team is staying in Los Angeles. He will return to Europe to complete the paperwork for his transfer from Inter to Barcelona."
