riera used to play for espnayol, i doubt he'd come to barca out of respect to his old club. but if he comes i dont know if hell fit or be another flop like hleb. hleb could not adapt to the 4-3-3 as at arsenal he plays 4-4-2.riera plays 4-4-2 at livpool.

Our priority is a goddamn CM!!! We have Henry, Jeffren, Pedro, Bojan and Iniesta who can play as LW. Get Veloso, he is believed to be around 15mil. Freekick and longshot specialist and can play as CM and DM.

Guys,I'm bulgarian and I would say that we should really go for Martin Petrov.He is not only cheaper than other mentioned left wingers but he is has speed and great level of commitment.He will give our attack an other dimension as we don't have a typical winger providing good crossings to Ibrahimovic from the left(he is like a much more offensive version of dani alves on the left flank). In addition he is very passionate in every game he plays and he has agood character.Besides he has an experience in la liga playing in Atletico Madrid(despite missing long time due to injury).I have to admit he is really a bit injury-prone,but I believe that with pep's amazing way of physical training from last season and a proper rotation he won't get major injuries and he will be a great signing helping us win all the trophies in the long and tough incoming season.

It seems that various members of Liverpool FC travelled to Bilbao last night to witness the Spanish SuperCup game between Athletic & FC Barcelona. That was to scout Fernando Amorebieta.
Now Rafa Benitez scouts a LOT of players from Spain, exploits a LOT of Spanish talent... examples---> Fernando Torres, Arbeloa, Riera(not so great but not mediocre as well, plays for Spain!), etc. And we instead scout NO-BODY's. Not saying Chyhrynskiy is a mediocre player, but come on, you can't be sure he would be success with us. Recent examples of our bad scouting---> Caceras, Hleb, Henrique, etc. None of them are actually bad, but none could also not get accustomed to our style.
There's some thing wrong with our scouting system itself :(
