- I am not Lebanese but a palestinian and a muslim and just as a side note to end all of this: Muslims can be either Shia or Sunnis... For Shia's tattoos are allowed but for sunni's they arent. I hope that clarifies it.
- I personally don't care if Ibra is a muslim or if he practices .. Either ways using arabic doesn't mean a thing we have many non-muslim arabs .. i think he might have though arabic exotic and the caligraphy unique.

But the thing is he stated that ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE HIM , so he knows if that's not allowed in Islam then GOD can Judge him in the Judgment Day.
If you drink , ur not out of Islam , if you have tattoos ur not out of Islam , if you use drugs ur not out of Islam , u get Punished for that but that doesn't mean ur not Muslim , a lot of Muslims have tattoo but they are still Muslims and they get what they work for .
