Well that's the point of an agent. He hired his agent to get as much as he can. He didn't hire the agent to make things easier on the people he's negotiating against.

its not tat asking high money is wrong! anyone can wish for more... u would wish u get few thousand dollars more but ur employer decides how much he gives n u agree to it at some point knowing how much is a gud deal right? but the way his agent behaved is the one which is more concerning... although he asked for more, he has agreed to it right? so tat doesn't make him like the guy seeen in the pic.
